Main competitors for Flora remain the same – Palladium and Centrum Chodov but as Flora is local convenience center, the impact of Chodov extension opening was not visible. The only tenant impacted was Cinema City due to canibalization (they opened 18 screen cinema in Chodov in Q4 2017).
